This flashlight generate great output and beatiful light color.

Pros: extremely bright for a luxeon star type led. this light runs rings around the vika in brightness.
solid build and feel

Cons: short run time typical of a luxeon star .
beam is not well focused but the amount of light makes up for this shortfall

Other Thoughts: would be better if it could run on 3.6v lir123a, i have tried this but the light gets very hot and will probably shorten its life .
you can get 3v lir's for this now

Bottomline: great light for people that only use momentarily in short bursts
runtime is not the best
