Pros: - Everything needed to get started is in the box, including bowl, food and so forth.
- Nice looking box
- Works as advertised
- I had mine for several months before my girlfriend made me throw them away

Cons: - Because of the glass you have a restricted way of viewing your animals because they need some kind of magnification
- Instructions could be better, like how to use all of the stuff that came in the box

Bottomline: Fun to feed them and watch them grow bigger. It's a shame they're not bigger, because you can see them evolve if you look closely.

Pros: The package it came in was damaged.
I ordered this with sku.1667 so I'd had reserve eggs food etc. It seems fun to take care of them and giving them food.

Cons: They didn't hatch I was disappointed because I thought they would hatch. Also the build quality was in my opinion very bad so I think this item is overpriced. The accessories showing on DX pictures are different.

Other Thoughts: Didn't hatch although I followed the instructions 100%. Theoretical I could request RMA for this product and I will do that.

Bottomline: If you're lucky , you'll able to make them hatch otherwise don't have any expectations of this product because there's a big chance they won't hatch.

Pros: -Cute package, and fast shipping as always.
-The bowl is little and funny, so it doesn't take up a lot of space.
-Forage, sea water crystals, coloured sand and the eggs are all separated nicely in plastic bags. So easy to use.

Cons: -Instructions are vague, chinglish.
-Mine didn't hatched, follow the right instructions people!

Other Thoughts: I was very pleased when the package arrived, I quickly set up the bowl, and filled it with water. Then, I took the sea water crystals package, threw them in the water and stired around. 48 Hours later, I added the eggs and waited a few days. And I waited another few days. And another, and another, and another. They never hatched. I must've done something wrong, probably the wrong temperature in the incubation time.

Bottomline: A great gift for your kids or for yourself! And if they do hatch, you've got a bunch of new friends.

These little guys come in a decent package. It is glass, so watch it. It comes with everything pictured. Good stuff for a new family of pets.

My box has three steps. Mark, put and peed. Peed? No! That's feed. Feed! The gravel is small, the plant is tiny, but still, good price. It does not have as many eggs as pictured.

Other Thoughts: As a kid, I loved these. I have had a set in my office for a while. I really like this batch of them. The bowl is really neat.

Bottomline: It is glass, so keep that in mind for the little ones. It does not have a cover, so spills can happen. It has a good space that will prevent that, though. Mine hatched as advertisted and I could not be mopre happy with them. Late at night, however, I feel as if they are forming a takeover of me. I hear them plotting, but when the lights come on, they shut down. The big one, Jerry as I've learned he is named, is the leader. He thinks that by taking me out, he can rule the household.
