Pros: It's a funny, shocking gift for people who would laugh at something like this.
The tiny penis is always funny for girls (specially the ones who want to crush balls)
Cons: It has a very strong smell of plastic, smell stick to the hands.
Could have a better finish.
Other Thoughts: Joke gets old quickly, take it as it is.
It's a shock-funny gift and just that.
Perhaps a little expensive for it has almost no usefulness (can't really be a daily stress-ball because of the smell).
Bottomline: It's a gag toy, what can I say...
How much does a good laugh cost?
I got it and it was funny. To me that's enough.

Pros: it makes a great gift. I gave it to my girlfriend and the reaction was hilarious.
she was both intrigued and embarrassed! what more could a guy want!
Diddnt have a really strong rubbery smell, not that i worried its just squishy toys sometimes smell funny!
Cons: wHOEVER they have remove the seam on the toys does a really sloppy job!
Not that i need it to be streamlined or anything its just a gag gift, other than that its awesome!
Other Thoughts: Ok so it has really strange looking inner testies!! they look like little brains..
not bad just a little to organic looking for my taste..
haha it makes it kinda gross, but thats a plus i guess
Bottomline: if you got a female friend thats gotta good sense of humor or is sexually frustrated. get it for them its great!

Pros: This stress ball is great quality. I bought one for my mother in law for mother's day and she loved it. The rubber material is thick and the balls even have small "nuts" inside of them. No bad small and no sign of this thing breaking anytime soon.
Cons: The packaging is not the greatest as the plastic separated from the cardboard during shipping. Thats no big deal though.
Other Thoughts:
Bottomline: If you are looking for a great gag gift for a friend or something for a bridal shower you can't go wrong. Make sure you keep this in the hands of kids 5 and up like the package says.
