Pros: It's amusing.
It's disgusting, to some people.
Cons: Build quality isn't great, like the other things like this, there'll probably be an air bubble that will grow over a few weeks, or it'll start to leak.
Other Thoughts: What you can do is:
1. cut a hole in a paper plate
2. put the head through, eyes facing up.
3. surround it with miscellaneous food until it's almost hidden
4. present it to someone. tell them to look closely.
5. squeeze head. if this goes well, they're freak out.
6. roll on floor, laughing.
Choose your target wisely.
Bottomline: It's cool, and you get two, so you can give one away.

Pros: Very original gadget
Gross when you pop out the larvaes inside Johhny's head
You can also make him puke the larvaes and eat them back!
If you squeeze it gentle towards the back of the head, you can almost see the brain through the greyish rubber.
You get two for only 4 bucks!
Cons: A looot of plastic smell.
The first days of usage leaves your hands smelly too.
Other Thoughts: Great to fool around in the office, bounce it, and throw it among your team mates.
The guys just love it. We nicknamed him Johhny.
Bottomline: Two thumbs up!

Pros: Funny has a bunch of maggots inside nothing really special
Cons: The whole thing is made of stretchable material with a second inner ball. However the inner layer is of poor quality and my first batched leaked where the ball is sealed. I was however able to get replacement but after squeezing them awhile looks like the material is gonna break again. Its also very small will easily cover the whole thing with the palm of your hand.
Other Thoughts: Its a great gift i suppose but they are very small.
Bottomline: They have a tendency to leak and explode in your face
