Pros: I got a silver nano 3rd gen as a gift some time ago. I browsed many stores for a case or cover that was not silicone, pink, or white. My only other options were clear or leather. Then I found this (and other colors) here! -makes the ipod look like I got the pretty green one
Cons: -the green part is like a sheet of metal. I was afraid it would scratch the surface of the ipod, so I had to cut a little piece of felt to slide between.- I haven't dropped it yet, but I have a feeling the plastic would crack when I do... thus the lower build quality rating.
Other Thoughts:
Bottomline: Good value to make your ipod 3rd gen a different color. Might need to buy a few extra as backup.
Pros: Doesn't catch much dust.Your mirror on the back, will stay need!And of course all other parts of your iPod as well.It's not like those silicon things, it won't tear, you can still scroll as easy as without the cover.It survived on me over a month, and he felt quit some times, but it's still fine.
Cons: The only thing I can think of that it of course catch some dust.(My coat really looses lots of parts, and my old silicon cover caught much and much more.)
Other Thoughts: Buy this before you buy your Nano. Because I used the Nano a while without cover, when I shouldn't done that my mirror would still be scratchless (with this product).
Bottomline: It protects, it fits great, it's same colour, if you have a green 3rd Gen you have to have this.
Pros: it's crystal clear, on the backthe color it comes with and there are other colors you can chooseit's pretty cheap compared to those that you buy at walmart or somethingsnaps on and you're ready to go
Cons: I was afraid to damage my ipod nano when I tried to snap it on, but nothing happenednot much, it's a good product
Other Thoughts: I've bought the aluminum casing with a soft inner layer, not silicon, and I like this one better than the other one, I probably would stick with this one, the other one is made cheaply, bought 2 and one broke on me
Bottomline: get it, it's worth it, if you want to protect ur ipod nano
