Pros: A great everyday use flashlight that has 5 modes.
Cons: I know a flashlight may not need instructions, but this thing came in a plain yellow, padded envelope. I first used Surfire 123A's and the modes didn't work. After switching to protected UltraFire 18650 the thing works fine.
Other Thoughts: Came across DX while looking for a LED flashlight and thought these light prices were too good to be true. I ordered one and while waiting I bought a $50 Surefire 6P. The Surefire 6PL was $70. I should have had some patients because I wasted $50. Yes if I scrutinize the two very closely you can tell one is made just a bit better than the other -the threads on the Ultrafire are a bit ruff and need some lube, and the writing on the Ultrafire looks like I could rub it off– but the price more that makes of the those shortcomings.
Bottomline: What a great value for the money..!
Pros: Very nice little torch. It looks smaller than on the pictures.Very bright!Nice spillDoesn't get hot, only warm.Med, Hi, low modes are useful
Cons: SOS mode is not useful and needs extra clicking.
Other Thoughts: 500 chars limit .............................................................................................................................................................. ...................................................................................................................................................................
Bottomline: Nice torch for the money
Pros: Easy to use, comes with 5 modes. Physically nice to hold in hands. Bright for its price. Nice thrower. Almost the same brighness as the Fenix P1D when its at maximum.
Cons: -Finishing at the joint that causes the flow of current distorted which affect the light output.-No last mode memory.-Can't tail stand.
Other Thoughts: Finishing work can be better so that the flow of current is smooth and not light output being distorted.
Bottomline: buy it for daily rough usage...DX have other which offer better value for money.
Pros: Very cheap
Cons: Build quality, i bought three, but i see beam color diference in compare my Fenix P3D, beam has been bit yellow. All thre randomly change mode, some time switch of, this is not independent on shaking. I disasemble one and i find other emiter, not Q5, i am frustrated. Huh, return procedure is expensiv for me, and i disassemble one.
Other Thoughts: one characer to 500, second character to 500, thrit character to 500, fourth character to 500, fifth character to 500
Bottomline: I am buy three new emiter and drivers, i rework this trash...Sorry of my english :-)
