Pros: I bought this for a microsd I had lying around. It's so small!!! It's great for extreme portability. I can probably strap this to my set of keys and not even notice it on it.

Cons: I suppose it may be a bit flimsy. Haven't tested read/write speeds yet but that's probably more based on the speed of the microsd card.

Other Thoughts: The price of this item is incredibly cheap. If you want an extremely portable usb drive get one of these and a cheap micro sd.

Bottomline: It would be nice if they included a little strap. If they could offer this card reader in different colours I'm sure that would get a more buyers.
For a cheap USB drive that is tiny, get this and a microsd and you are set :)

Bottomline: get it

Pros: * Very cheap: pricing is absolutely fair compare to other stores
* Light
* Small: optimized size!
* Portable: you can now have a 16GB usb thumb that is is as small as a finger and you have the posibility to upgrade it!

Cons: * It is a bit fragile, mines had to be replaced because the glue came out.

Other Thoughts: Please try to plug it with the pins facing upwards or otherwise you might think it does not work!

Bottomline: As always DX customer support was really satisfying after they replaced the unit that came broken with no cost and in a short period of time.
Overall item does what it is supposed to do.

•Card is easy to insert/remove, but won't fall out

Cons: •The keyring attachment is awkwardly placed, doubling its height. This is only really an issue if you want to store it somewhere only 2mm high.
•A colour choice would be nice, not that white is bad, I would just prefer a blue or orange..But I suppose a highlighter will do the same job =p

Other Thoughts: •For those who want it as a keychain item perhaps a lanyard or similar could be included, but I can't see many people using it in that way.
•If the keyring part does get in the way it could just be filed off, I'm considering doing that myself as I store it inside my laptop PCMCIA slot (which works great)
A typical analysis of the read/write speeds over 1000mb of data:
Writing speed: 13.5 MByte/s
Reading speed: 17.1 MByte/s
Also would be really good for having a tiny USB thumb drive (although you'd have to start calling it a fingernail drive).

Bottomline: Great, easy, 100% compatibility, cheap.
If you use a mSD card for anything then this item is a lot simpler than using a standard SD adapter.
It's cheap, and with free postage you can't really go wrong.
