great red laser!!!

                                            Pros: it is quite hard as it is made with metal but it is very light.
it is smaller than i thought, and its just the perfect size to bbe held with the hand correctly (the dealextreme pictures give the impression that the laser is much bigger) 
the focusing is a little bit tricky but it's just practice.
it burns the hell out of anything!!!
although the laser came in a couple of plastic bubble bags, the laser was in a mint condition. not even a scratch!!
 
                                            Cons: this may not be a con sometimes but the focusing knob moves very easily

                                            Other Thoughts: the housing is great and could be used with the green lasers also.
 
                                            Bottomline: it is a great laser to buy.
it is cheap and powerful and will make happy any laser fan for hours

                                            Pros: - Well it does burn matches and baloons. I lighted up a match in a distance of 1,40 meters, which is pretty sweet :P 
- I can light up red matches, or the laser can.
- You can focus the laser dot to small or big, its kind of a safe thing, i think.
 
                                            Cons: - The beam is not visible at even night or day...
 
                                            Other Thoughts: - DX should get the 400 mW of this one :P
- DX should change the title of this product, cuz it is really not visible at day or night (the beam)
 
                                            Bottomline: Well its kind of fun in a moment, but then you dont know what to use it for.. Its really cheap for the power you get, but thats it.. Anyway not everyone has a laser that are able to burn matches or dark areas, so its kinda cool to have this.. Get it !

                                            Pros: Even with all its faults it is worth getting.
 
                                            Cons: You could wait forever to get one of these, one of mine came but I am still waiting for two others to be shipped, over 2 weeks later.
The focusing lens is very loose. I kept focusing mine and everytime I went to test it, it had gone out of focus and I thought it was defective. However, a small piece of tape works to lock the focus.
It sort of does what is claimed but is not overly impressive.
 
                                            Other Thoughts: Please DealExtreme, start selling laser goggles as cheaply as these lasers. They are great fun but look out for reflections in unexpected places.
 
                                            Bottomline: I had to wait ages, the build is slightly below par, they aren't going to slice a tree in half and they are pretty dangerous.
That said, I am still waiting for two more to arrive and I haven't cancelled the order - so they are worth the hassles (but that does depend on how much longer I have to wait).

                                            Pros: -Nice and bright!
-Yes, is shines really far
-It burns much. (accidentally burnt someones pants a bit)
-Nice manual focus lens.
 
                                            Cons: -You have to get used to manual focussing (not really a con though)
-Not visible on clouds :-P
-Mmm, not sure if there are more...
 
                                            Other Thoughts: It's a really nice laser. The beam is not easy to see in broad day light, but it is visible. It's really fun to play with in fog. Together with my two green lasers, it's even more fun.
Still thinking about buying recharger and batteries from here.
 
                                            Bottomline: Nice laser, does what it says it does, works great :-)
