A Great Budget Card

Pros: Acekard 2 Pros:
- Nice packaging
- Good build
- Nice interface
- Easy to setup and navigate
- excellent Rom Compatability
- Great for homebrew
- Nice colour
- Holosticker
- Sticker is put on proper, (not slanted or crooked)
- Nice plastic


Cons: Acekard2 Cons:
- the flash cart reader doesn't work
- Shipping was okay, not very fast but its free!
- Nothing else!

- Make it available in different colours to match our personal preference or DS :P


Bottomline: Pick one up if you need it for your DS. It allows you to store all your games in one handy cartridge and can be used to play movies, mp3s, and ebooks. Also at this price i believe it is a bargain. Comparing this to my DSTT or TOPTOY DS, and iTouch DS... i think this is the best one !

Pros: Its really cheap!
You can find easily the games thanks to icons.
Fast loading games.
Excellent menu.
It support SHDC cards
Great compatibility
And all wifi games work perfectly!


Cons: Was kind of hard getting it work.
Slow shipping...thats the problem...
and think thats all


Other Thoughts: Well this is a great card for nds, the best i think, you can find a lot of good reviews in a lot of forums, like gbatemp, they give a golden award to this card.Its great!They only should more clear the instructions


Bottomline: Well excellent card, and is really cheap comparing with other cards,and is the best one so its perfect.

Pros: - Very good compatibility
- Automatic DLDI patching for homebrew :-)
- Fast startup
- Fast startup of ROMS, even 128MB loads in probably under 1second - let's just say you almost never see the loading bar :-)
- Menu nicer than of most other cards, you can even do file-management stuff there (copy,paste,delete,etc.)
- menu themes if anyone cares, I really like the standard theme


Cons: Just mechanical quality isn't that good:
- The casing is really bad, if just that would be better it would be such a nice card
- The microsd card holder also isn't that nice
- for beginners there is no hint that you need to put the firmware on the microsd card


Other Thoughts: Give this thing a better casing and it will be THE card


Bottomline: the price is really unbeatable for what you get, I would pay 5$ more if just the casing would be of better quality :-/

Pros: - Very nice gui, probably the best you would find on a flash card
- It does show icons for each game, it sorts alphabetically
- It does support SHDC
- There is a nice community developing alternative firmware for this card... the latest released AKAIKO add some nice features to this cart (it makes it feel similar to the ACEKARD R.P.G.)


Cons: - The build quality seems a little cheap... cartdrige is held closed only by clips and no screws
- This cart seems to be higly-firmware dependent... without updating to latest custom akaiko some games didn't work


Other Thoughts: - Anyway, after updating, every game i tried worked nice
- Nice holding of the microsd card... the cart just fits perfectly


Bottomline: It's a very nice card if the community continue to support it... they can add a lot of features! If you are unsure just stick with a Supercard DS ONE or a more cheap DSTT. Anyway all these cards do their job.
