Pros: Adds turn signals to your bike for easy turning notification.  Also includes a brake light.
 
Cons: Switch easily moved this is bad ewhen you're making a turn and want to push the switch back to the middle position to turn off the signal.  LEDs are not bright enough on a sunny summer day.  Package doesn't come with installation instructions.
Light mounts under the saddle (bike seat)
 
Other Thoughts: Even though the package doesn't come with instructions after taking a look at the device you'll eventually figure it out.
 
Bottomline: For the price why not? It makes your bike suitable for the road and gives you the convenience of make turn signals without your hands.
