Little SD card reader for a great price. This unit is tested and ran perfectly on a Sandisk 2GB Extreme II SD Card and a PQI 512MB SD card. Both cards' reading speed is 4MB/s, which is slower than expected.

We tested the SD/MMS/XD/MS/DUO adapter with a 2GB Pro Duo and we experienced some difficulties in removing the Pro Duo from the adapter. The Pro Duo is a little too short for the adapter, so you will need your fingernail in taking out the Duo after usage.

I found out that your card reader does NOT handle a Patriot 2GB 130x and higher cards, but ONLY 1GB and lower. I gave mine away to friends because I only have fast 2GB and higher cards, and I bought a replacement SD reader from Office Depot that does work on the larger fast cards.

                                            Pros: Muito facil de usar, soh abrir as 2 tampas, botar o cartao e colocar na USB
design bonito
aparenta ter sido bem feito
preço muito barato, aqui na minha cidade ta 50 reais
vale muito a pena comprar serio mesmo
se vc tiver 1 cartao sobrando usa como pendrive tranquilo
 
                                            Cons: a unica coisa ruim que achei foi que ele caiu no chão e uma das tampinhas ja nao fecha direito =//
 
                                            Other Thoughts: muito legal e muito util, vale a pena levar sempre no bolso ou na mochila para emergencias
 
                                            Bottomline: parabens a dealextreme por esse maravilhoso produto

                                            Pros: Produto bem simples, de fácil uso e de grande utilidade; e a um ótimo preço, aproveitem. Com boa velocidade de transmissão e gravação de dados.
 
                                            Cons: Como já comentado, anteriormente, o seu material (plástico) não parece ser tão resistente, mas com cuidado o mesmo durará por muito tempo.
 
                                            Other Thoughts: Ótimo custo x benefício. Valor abaixo do mercado e com qualidade razoável. Foi bom ter adquirido o mesmo a este preço. E a entrega foi bem rápida: o produto chegou em menos de 15 dias apesar da distância...
 
                                            Bottomline: Como dizem... produto bom e barato. Uma ótima aquisição, apesar do detalhe já mencionado, anteriormente.

                                            Pros: Very cheap.   I did my research and found no better price for this item nowhere in the internet.
I use it on my lap top and desk top.  Plug and Play little device works fantastic.
 
                                            Cons: Cheap Materials just treat it gently and it will last you a long time.
 
                                            Other Thoughts: I recommend itto my friends and family for the price they can not go wrong.  
 
Is a very handy gadget.
 
                                            Bottomline: Best deal in dealextreme.   
My son and i use it very frequent to tranfer music and pictures. 
I take to wotk to tranfers documents from one computer to the other.

                                            Pros: Reads data from standard-sized mem-cards without any hassle.
One can close the lid after the memory-card is inserted, and this is great because it allows it to fully work like an USB-Memory stick.
 
                                            Cons: Well the build quality really ain't that good. It haven't broke (yet) but it feels plastic.
 
                                            Other Thoughts: The price makes this particular reader shine!
It's really worth it!
How many cards it can read, I do not know, but at least it can do the card-types I need it to read.
 
                                            Bottomline: Great product, maybe a little cheap in quality, but it doesen't really matter at all.
