If you take the light apart, you will see the built quality on this camping light is not professional. It's more like a home-made DIY product. However, it's still a pretty cool toy to play with. Its super bright LEDs are enough to light up a small tent if you locate it on the top of the tent with the included lamp hanger. Combined with four powerful AA batteries, this light should last for at least a couple hours on the high setting. Also there two magnets located at the back of the light for you to stick it anywhere that is made of metal.One thing to note is that the LEDs that made up this unit comes in different grades. That means some LEDs will be dimmer than others, and may contain slightly different output color. Please be acknowledged about this issue before purchasing this unit.
Pros: - It is bright- Has 3 different modes- Easily hangable- Inexpensive
Cons: - Cheap plastic- Feels like it will break easy
Other Thoughts: It is a bright like and I like the 3 different settings. The only issue I have with the product is that it does feel cheaply made. I wish that it was made of more of a sturdy plastic. would have been great if it was even made with metal but then it would probably cost more. but as everyone knows you get what you pay for. so for a $7 item its pretty good.
Bottomline: Inexpensive and it really does work good. Cheaper then going to big store.

Pros: Really bright (almost too bright)!Great battery life due to low power consumption of LEDs.Very light, and it's flat so will take up little space.Comes with magnets and removable hanger.
Cons: Hanger had been crushed in shipping which limits the product's usefulness.Because it's so light, it's easy to dent.Quite difficult to open and close.Build quality inside is not great (as you can see when changing batteries).
Other Thoughts: I've seen similar products (albeit with fewer LEDs) available locally for cheaper.The fact that the lights are of different grades isn't apparent unless you look closely.
Bottomline: Not a bad camping light, although I'd prefer to see it cheaper and with better build quality.
Pros: Many LED makes your tent inside as bright as like it is daytime. With 4 normal batteries it works like forever because of the low energy consumption of LEDs. Be enviroment friendly and use these :) Very practical to carry around, EXCELLENT for backpackers. Also good for campingers to use inside a tent (the hanger included may do the job of hanging). However it interacts with a lot of bugs - so try to use with closed tents.
Cons: The build quality is not too good. When you open up the stuff you need to be carefull when inserting the batteries as the battery connector can move off from the body of this unit as it is not really attached to it (it is just a little piece of cheap metal). It is really like a home made product. Seal it right when you did the job with the battery and it should be fine. Some LEDs came already burned out.
Other Thoughts: Great stuff for backpackers, campingers etc. It could also do a good job in an attic or other little hidden places without lighting. It is possible to choose between three different light modes but I was not able to notice any difference.
Bottomline: Buy it, it is a great stuff with a good price/usefulness ratio (if you in need of these).

Open the camping light on the side, and insert four AA batteries to use. Press the switch on the top to switch between three power modes.
