Pros: Solid build
Well sealed
Will tail stand
Nothing glued so very easy to take apart for a driver swap.
Nice chunky pill that screws to the body,so great heatsinking.

Cons: This light is really let down by its lack of power, I have already swapped out the driver, which by standard is just 2x AMC 7135 chips so that is an absolute max current of 700mah on high to the emitter, which for a thrower like this is just rubbish.
Not as much as a thrower as it should be, the reflector just doesn't quite focus properly and produces a doughnut hole up to a couple of meters.

Other Thoughts:

Bottomline: I've swapped out the driver for sku 7882 and it now drives the emitter twice as hard, it turns what is a v.average light into a great thrower (slight beam issues aside) it's a shame you have to do this to make it in anyway useful.

Pros: Its a bright thrower with a real aluminum reflector, not some aluminized plastic.
It has a glass lens and o-rings everywhere, doubble o-rings on both ends of the battery tube.
- Has useable spill.
- Nice glossy finnish.

Cons: - Very ringy beam.
- Tint on mine is a blueish cool white.
- Rubber tailcap smells bad and isn't a standard one (though standard ones fits as replacement).
- Battery tube o-rings were not lubricated and it were difficult to even unscrew the tailcap.

Other Thoughts: It is smaller than my other thrower, but puts out about the same amount of lux, it has uglier beam though.

Bottomline: Good thrower, good value for the money.
It could've been better built, but for the money the build quality is good.
