Pros: This repeller isn't all the useful in that it doesn't really do all that much. It keeps the mosquitos away within like a radius of 5 inches, so if you're bigger than 5 inches, you're out of luck, or you could get a couple and attached them in different places.
Cons: It's a neat product, but it just really isn't "strong" enough I guess, it could use some improvement.
Other Thoughts: Nice gadget to have but unless you have a couple, it won't entirely prevent you from being bitten.
Bottomline: If you decide to get it, get a couple.
Pros: It keeps the mosquito away,
Cons: Unlike SKU 02162, this one makes noise when its on mosquito mode. So be careful, for the ones who sleep not too deep, this can keep you awake.
Other Thoughts: Like my other review on the above stated SKU, it is not a full proof solution. It has almost the same quality. So I guess going for the cheapest one will save you money. The dragonfly mode I dont really understand, I dont think its really for European markets, we only dislike mosquitos.
Bottomline: Basically you should get SKU 02162 instead. It saves you some money, this one makes noise on Mosquito mode too.
Pros: + Little size and light weight + Low price + It seems to work + Two modes (mosquitos a other bugs) + Battery included, so immediate use + Includes a red led + The battery can be replaced easily without tools
Cons: - Very cheap plastic construction (not high quality expected for the price)
Other Thoughts: When the repeller is working (both modes) in the quiet of the night the buzzing noise can be listened by human ear and could be a bit disturbing. Made for outdoor use, of course.
Bottomline: I bought this for curiosity and for my wife who has a special attraction for mosquitos and other biting bugs. It seems to work.
Pros: -device is light, portable, and doesn't get in the way-built in key chain so you can take it anywhere you go-includes an led light
Cons: -there are no blemishes in the physical aspect of the device. -the repeller does work, but it doesn't repel the mosquitoes per se, it just somehow prevents the mosquitoes from landing and biting you, so you will still be surrounded by mosquitoes, some of which actually do bite you.
Other Thoughts: I would recommend getting two or three of the repeller, hook one up on each side of your body when you go out because when I tried it, the opposite side of which I had the repeller on didn't seem quite as "protected" since I got bitten a few times, but significantly less than without the device.
Bottomline: Good gadget, very useful when it works.
