Pros: I couldn't find out how to make one of these and this was cheap so I bought it and it worked flawlessly! Perfect size unlike other third party batteries you can put on the battery back cover. I unbricked my psp directly to 3.71 m33-2!
Cons: NONE
Other Thoughts: It says you can't use it as a normal battery. But only if you turn your psp off all the way every time your done using it which most people don't. If you just flick the power switch it goes into stand by and if the Pandoras battery is in the psp you can turn it back on and for me it just turns on.It works pretty long to considering its not made for long use.
Bottomline: Really cheap and works. If you need one you won't find a cheaper price anywhere else.
Pros: - Did the job exactly as expected- much cheaper and easier than buying a battery to hack- very well packaged
Cons: - the battery came with 'feet', assumedly an artifact of the molding process, which prevented me putting it into the PSP. Simply sliced these off with a knife and the item fit perfectly in the PSP-1002 ('PSP Phat').
Other Thoughts: - don't expect to use this as a battery, that's not its purpose- remember to have the PSP charger handy! (This should be done anyway, never flash a device with low battery, or unplugged if you can help it)- This was successfully used with RainMMS, a 2GB Pro Duo and a PSP-1002
Bottomline: If you've upgraded a PSP to the latest firmware or have a device with a later chipset, provided it's below the TA-88v3 this is exactly what you want.(The above board was not known to be downgradeable at the time of writing this.)
Pros: -It works! It's supper easy, you only have to make a magic memory card. You can find tutorials all over youtube!-It fits perfectly in my fat playstation portable no problems at all!-It's super cheap for a pandora batery
Cons: -can not use it as a normall battery but I knew that before ordering
Other Thoughts: if you have a psp 1000 you can out the shell on it if you got a psp 2000 you can not put it back on so you have to be carefull!
Bottomline: Great battery wit a super value. I have downgraded my psp within 10 minutes.
Pros: -Does the job. (dah)-Good build quality.-Very cheap. Costs $25 in the Netherlands.-Fits in PSP phat and slim.---------------------------------------------------
Cons: -very light, could be pros to.-pretty hard to get out PSP phat.-doesnt work as normal battery.-needs to charche for a long time.--------------------------------------------------
Other Thoughts: You only need it one time so build quality doesnt realy matter. you will need a screwdriver to get it out of the psp. Maybe start to sell magic memory sticks to?-------------------------------------------------
Bottomline: Cheap and a handy thing to have. Just buy one, even if you dont need it.---------------------------------------------------
