BRIGHT light & simple design, 1 of 10 was defective

First of all this is a great keychain light for the money.  I'm quite certain that you will find it brighter than any other keychain light you may have seen including ones that cost alot more.  Also they are quite small which makes them fit in your pocket nicely.  The 10 black ones I received had an excellent finish except for one which had a VERY slight flaw in the plastic on the underside (most people wouldn't even have noticed).  I did however get one that barely lit up at all, in fact it was unacceptable.  I have dealt with this company before and they are more than fair when it comes to such issues so I am not worried.

These little lights are quite bright for their size. It's great to have one on keychains for finding those keyholes in the dark. If you are buying them as gifts and want a good presentation, then I recommend screwing those screws tighters before giving it out. Build quality is otherwise good considering its price. The only issue I had with it is that the on/off switch is too tiny and requires finger nails to operate.

We would have rated it a higher ease of use rating if the switch were larger and if the batteries could be changed without screw drivers.

Pros: I have bought several key chain LED lights over the years and these seem of better quality than the ones I've bought in the past. Including some well known name brands. All ten lights worked perfectly and the light is very bright.

Cons: No cons. Even at twice the price, these would be a bargain.

Other Thoughts: I wish that it didn't take so long to receive them, but that is a minor issue.

Bottomline: Even compared to more expensive lights, these hold up quite well. They are great little lights with many uses. Everyone should have one on their key chain.

Pros: -Those lights are really bright and easy to use, they have a switch on function, so i used them as bicicle lights.
- The battery works for a really long time, i got water in one of the lights, and because of that it couldnt be turned off anymore.. it worked for over 2 weeks.

Cons: None (well.. they're not really waterproof)

Other Thoughts: Saved me a lot of times when:
- i couldnt find a key hole
- i dropped something in the dark
- i needed to peek under my cars hood in the dark

Bottomline: You should get a package of them, its really usefull and nice to give others as well.

Pros: - All of them worked!
- You won't find other keychains as bright as these for the same price or lower.
- The brightness really is their strength. I have one in my laptop bag and one on my keychain.
I might take them with me on a camping trip. One for everyone makes the place a lot brigher ;o)

Cons: One of the lights had a broken 'keep-on' switch but that doesn't get in my way. Still had 9 others to use.
Build quality is not too sturdy but gets the job done (I haven't had them out in the rain yet and I don't think they will survive that for too long).

Other Thoughts:

Bottomline: Get them! Really, just get them.

Pros: Incredibly versatile little keychain lights. Button area is stiff enough to prevent accidental engagement. The little switch to keep the light on is a great feature. Material is strong. Assembly is tight. Light is bright and lasts a long time. Great little gifts to those who aren't enlightened by carrying a light every day. It also keeps the kids happy at night with something to do.

Cons: No cons really. Only I wish I had more on hand.

Other Thoughts: I use put these on the zippers on the emergency/disaster kits I'm building for the family. In case the lights go out, I can use this to access the contents of a bag and put the batteries inside the bigger flashlights.

Bottomline: Try to find something similar in a retail store... didn't think so.
