Little cool flashlight with 9 bright LED bulbs. Construction is a little cheap when you take it apart, but it feels solid when you are holding it with batteries inside. It has long battery life and I am amazed by how low price it can be, given its performance.Starting late September 2006, we switched to a better version of this 9 LEDs flashlight. It's made of thicker aluminum shell and brighter MCD rated LCD bulbs.

I bought a couple of these to compare to the Ristoft (sp), which is a slightly longer 1w luxeon which takes the same 3 x aaa batteries.
This is the better buy.
Why? Well, firstly it's brighter. Not jaw-droppingly brighter, but especially at close-quarters you'll notice the difference, It has a similar spill pattern (wide) outdoors, and indoors this translates to lighting half a normal size room adequately. Secondly it's substantially shorter. It really is a torch you can put in your pocket and forget is there.
At the price, at time of writing, I recommend it. It's cheap, small, handy, and surprisingly bright. Also, I will go a bit further than the vendor and say that mine doesn't feel cheap. The tail-clicky is very clunky and solid - more so than on several much more expensive lights - and it's just a nice little bundle. If you're reading this close to christmas, buy a half dozen and give as gifts.
Nifty. 4 out of 5, for an ultra-budget light that is actually useful.
Pros: The Led's are very bright for such a small package, but i purchased these torches for the sole purpose of removing the LED's for another project which was very difficult (see con's).
Cons: Removal of the LED's was quite an ordeal. inside the head part of the torch, the led's and small PCB are held in place by a small metal ring, which is very difficult to remove.
Other Thoughts: These torches are a great buy for the price, and I might purchase another 2, for future projects.
Bottomline: These LED's are a perfect match for my project, which is based on LPT LED.
Pros: Great flashlight, lights well, exquisite finish, late button system is super practical.Light and bright.Cord that facilitates the transport and localization in scholarships.Great cost benefit, the fact of being a set of 2 units just improving the final price.
Cons: Use 3 AAA batteries.
Other Thoughts: I recommend to all its light and very bright. Finish very good, nice color, a beautiful apresantação and usability.
Bottomline: It is a great gift for friends as it is functional, beautiful, elegant.
Pros: Good body - Made in aluminum, works fine, better than i think. I buy a bicicle mouny and use it for bike rides too.Small size, can be transported in pockets, weight is fine too.The light focus is good.
Cons: None until now.
Other Thoughts: I buy a 16000 mcd too, and the light of this one have more strenght.Works realy fine. Using it with 3 AAA, 900 mAh rechargable batteries and until now (3 weeks) the charge is OK. I thins used this for almost 3 hours.
Bottomline: I need to buy more, my parents wants for him too.where i live, i can't found a similar one for less tha U$ 10,00...
Pros: -Very bright. One of these can light up a small room.-Long battery life.-Compact size makes it easy to carry around and fit into a pocket or a bag.-Good price.
Cons: -The different pieces don't fit together perfectly and are a bit hard to screw together. Not too much of a problem though.-LED module is difficult to remove without damaging it (not really a problem unless you plan on modifying it).
Other Thoughts:
Bottomline: If you need a few decent flashlights and don't want to spend a ton of money, these are a great choice.
Power- 3 x AAA batteries (not included), rechargeable or non-rechargeable are both fine.
