Pros: - Good exercise for your wrist / hands / fingers; - have some LEDs that makes it cooler to be used in the dark; - amazes people that don't know how it works.
Cons: - Low price, but what you pay is what you get; - somewhat noisy; - can't adapt any LCD for infos like max. RPM; - doesn't reach too high RPM, I think mine reaches like 5k max.; - The metal points of the starting string came out on the first day.
Other Thoughts: Half of the price of an similar to the original with LCD. How about some with higher quality and an LCD.
Bottomline: Try to start without the string, it's hard but worth loll.
Pros: You cant buy a similar for this priceThe size is ok, fits big and small handsWhen you get used to it, its easy to start, even without that red cord.
Cons: After a few days, the hard point of the cord got off the cord, so I have to use some tape to make it harder.It doesnt look durable, the inner yellow part is cracking, and if you turn it slowly, it makes a noise, like it needs some oil.The leds are battery operated, and I dont think it will work again if I open it to replace when the batteries get dead.

Bottomline: Its ok, and everyone looks at it curious.
Pros: Very cheap.Nice product.Parecer ser durável.Boa para exercitar os braços, biceps, dedos, mãos.Gostei bastante que vem com led.
Cons: As vezes incomoda por ser muito barulhenta.Não tem um bom balanceamento.As vezes escorrega facilmente.Poderia vir com uma corda para não deixar cair no chão se ela escapar da mão.Poderia ter uma opção com o contador de giro.O led dependendo da velocidade que se gira ele apaga, se estiver girando muito o led simplesmente apaga.
Bottomline: Recomendado se voce não tem como comprar uma power ball original.
Pros: Very cheap compared to the original, but cool enough to make it a worth toy or gift. Excellent for the curious who wish to try the gyro force feeling but do not want to spend a helluva money in the original.
Cons: It almost surely can't reach the 8000 rpm. But I may be wrong, as I was about the almost impossible thumb-starting (see below).
Other Thoughts: It starts easily with the thumb, you just gotta learn how to do it! After a couple weeks I've learnt how to start it properly and can now start it everytime. I thought it was defective at first, but no, it wasn't! Its like learning how to ride a bike :P
