Good product, great price

Pros: Very easy to use
Works for all mp3 players, phones and other car/mobile accessory with usb cable
 
Cons: Didn't work correctly the first time, had to power it the first time for about 5 - 8 minutes before the rf signal could be found by my car radio.
Not enough power to charge all mp3 players / phones but it can give them enough power to keep te battery on a steady level
 
Other Thoughts: Easy to use and power up to 4 usb charged gadgets and listen to iPod or other audio source on your car radio without a line in/aux
 
Bottomline: Good value for money but doesn't charge all usb charged products

Pros: Very for powering/charging multiple items from one 12v cigarette lighter port.  If you buy one of the 12v/USB cellphone charger kits from DX you'll be able to charge 4 phones at once.
In addition, this unit acts as a low-end transmitter.  I use this, combined with a cable I purchased at Best Buy, to give my Blackberry 8830 "hands-free" capability in the car.  
I just ordered two more of these so I don't forget where I put it - I'll always have one in each car.
 
Cons: Lack of adjustable frequency (107.5 only)
Tends to drift frequency a bit after it gets warmed up (hot?).  If you have a digital tuner in your car, just tune up to 107.7 and it still works ok.
Power output is too low to charge my blackberry (but it's finicky about that anyway).  It does maintain battery level, however, so it's still useful.
 
Other Thoughts: Good value.
 
Bottomline: Buy it.
