Pros: This flashlight is really tiny -- not longer than a finger.
It is ideal for taking it with you every day. The hard anodized III finish keeps it from becoming scratched easily. The body itself seems well-built (round, not too tight for the battery, easy to twist).
For me another pro: It has no glass covering the reflector, so no glass can break!

Cons: - At least my light makes a rather loud sound the head is twisted.
- The contacts of the lamp's head are only gold-plated copper. We will see how long they will endure the twisting before being worn off (E.g. the L2D has a large metal central contact, which won't wear off so easily ;) ).
- The purple tint! This lamp produces a diffuse, purple spot in its center, the surrounding light is OK.

Other Thoughts:

Bottomline: A really tiny light for an acceptable price.
Yes, there are cheaper ones, but this light is well-built.
Don't loose it.

Pros: • Uses one 1.5V AAA battery, inexpensive and widely available
• one of the smallest flashlights (in AAA size)
• excellent build quality
• Durable Type III hard anodized finish
• Waterproof !

Cons: • poor output (it says 10 lumens) this is less than sku 891
• has a little blue light which i don't like
• has no separate reflector. the head is the reflector and it has no glass so after some time it can be heavily scratched

Other Thoughts: I have some of Fenix flashlights and i am very happy witch it. I expected a little more

Bottomline: im disappointed vith this one tiny light, i didn't expected small sun but this one is more like a normal cheap 2$ LED light (except of build quality) so im going get rid of it

Pros: I'm very happy with that product, th ebuild quality is awsome, it looks very sturdy and the brightness is enough for my usage (emergency). Very light even with batteries and you can easily put it between you lips when working (so you can use your 2 hands !).

Cons: A bit expensive and I would prefer a switch on the rear of the unit instead of a turning switch.

Other Thoughts: I boughtn this one for the long battery life (20 hours), Iput some crappy batteries on it and it is still working

Bottomline: Buy this one if you need a light and tiny flash. Perfect for camping just to light your way by night. Does not replace the sun of course !

Pros: - The anodizing looks & feels fantastic
- No battery-rattle
- Well sealed.. I have absolutely no fear of putting it in a glass of water and leaving it overnight.

Cons: (the first two cons knock build quality down to 2/5 for me.. the fantastic anodizing and good seal keep it from getting a 1/5)
- Nasty purple tint
- LED alignment a bit off.. the beam is quite lop-sided
- Fairly high price for what you get (I don't really like another $15 on my keychain (other $$ being a little leatherman)).

Other Thoughts: Well.. it's kind of hard to rate this product. It *is* the cheapest fenix flashlight, but you can get so much more for $15-20 on another light.
Compared to the cheap $0.50-$1.00 keychain lights out there that use button cells (I have several types from DX): It's brighter, lasts *MUCH* longer, is waterproof and definitely has a much better (and more useful) beam/throw. It's a bit bigger & heavier, but that's not an issue if your current keychain isn't huge.
But.. compared to some of the $15-20 lights on DX, this one falls short in many situations. While it still probably has better life than most of them (and likely better water-proof-ed-ness).. its brightness doesn't compare, nor does the beam/throw quality. Plus, this thing is so tiny that it wouldn't really work as anything other than a keychain light. Working it with 1 hand isn't terribly simple.

Bottomline: Buy it if you want a long-lasting AAA keychain light which is waterproof.. but if you're not buying a light specifically for a keychain, I wouldn't bother. Instead, go with an AA light like the Ultrafire C3.
