Pros: Fits psp 2000 and works although a little stiff.
Cheap in price.
perfect fit apart from the con below.
 
Cons: the part where you put the connector ribbon in doesn't have an easy in/out release like on the original so you have to really push the ribbon in for it to stay and make a connection.(sorry I don't know the technical terms for these things)I actually bent the ribbon while trying to connect them both, fortuanately it still works.
 
Other Thoughts: This works if you've broken the original switch off when changing the housing (I know, how stupid am I) on your psp this is a perfect replacement.
 
Bottomline: This is a perfect replacement for psp 2000. The psp 3000 looks exactly the same as the 2000 so it will probably fit but i've not looked inside the 3000 so not sure.
