While this is little desktop metal tripod carries a great price tag, it mainly differs from our other mini tripods with its ability letting you vary vertical camera angle. There is also a knob for you fasten and lock in on a selected position. When not in use, the tripod can be flipped and collapsed for storage and travelling.

Ownership verified by DX cheap and small, but also cheap in built quality

Price: starstarstarstar
Ease of Use: starstarstar
Build Quality: star
Usefulness: starstar
Overall Rating: starstar

Pros: *cheap
*doesn't need much space in your camera bag

Cons: *made of cheap plastic
*doesn't hold a serious DSLR (weight)
*not suffiecient for strobist flash actions (size)
*bad general built quality and especially of the screw

Other Thoughts: should be made of metal and a better joint on the legs, then it would be usefull, the concept has potential but not like this

Bottomline: it's cheap, but not worth it at all...
there are so many better tripod at dx like all the gorillapod fakes which acutally work so better invenst in something else

Pros: This is a nice option for a camcorder or camera. It takes up almost no room in a small camera bag(folds flat). It is plastic but seems fairly well made.
It will hold a smaller size camera or camcorder with no problems.

Cons: It is plastic, there is no way to adjust legs for uneven terrain use.The placement of the tension screw(to adjust camera angle)may get in the way on some eguipment.

Other Thoughts: It is plastic but metal would cost substantially more.
It looks like it would cost a lot more.probably around 20 bucks in a electronics shop.

Bottomline: For under 4 bucks, you can't go wrong.

Pros: This tripod is very easy to use. It only takes a minutes to figure out how to work it. It's very small, you could carry it in a jacket pocket very easily; or if you're like me, you can just throw it in your bag.

Cons: Seems a bit fragile. My friend over-tightened the part where the mount point swivels, and now I can't make it work without a philips head screwdriver. Thankfully I have a second one already.

Other Thoughts:

Bottomline: If you carry a camera on a regular basis, there is no reason to not carry one of these as well. It will make night shooting so much easier. I like having one of these, but I feel like the ball-joint tripods like the Gorillapod are more versatile and probably a better value.

Pros: I've had this one with me when I've travelled. The tripod is very compact, very light, and the built quality is good (strong built). I really can recommend this one. Also I like the design of the tripod.

Cons: It only works well with pocket cameras, I wish I had one that would work with my better camera. Nothing else cames to my mind.

Other Thoughts:

Bottomline: Great tripod for travelling. Goes with you in a pocket or in a bag and it weights so little you don't even remember it is there. :D Easy to use and good quality. This is the best small tripod for pocket cameras I've ever bought.
