Overall Rating: starstarstarstarstar

Pros: - Very small, you can put it in your pocket and carry a functional microscope with you.
- Very reasonable and enough zoom capacity. (60x to 100x)
- It's really cheap and worth to pay this.
- Small led is highly lights the zooming area.
- Very sharp.

Cons: - Mine's zoom scroll is going up-down with gravity force and its little disturbing while you are examining smth.

Other Thoughts: It's very useful for simple scientific use.
Specially, Bioligsts and Geologists.

Bottomline: It is very funny to look up ordinary things and get amazed.

Pros: Good build quality product.
The product is very small and takes little space compared to a standard microscope.
The LED is powerful and work fine.
The packaging is fairly well designed with explanations in English.
With this microscope, we can see many things...
Nice price.

Cons: But it is very hard to use it : you should not move and do not tremble if you want to see something.
And the LED light is a little bit too much colourded.
It's hard to use the adjustment knobs.

Bottomline: Really interesting, but only if you think you really need this microscope.

Pros: The image quality is much better than I expected. Totally sharp and crisp in the center, a bit worse towards the edge but still good.
The LED is quite bright and the Batteries last long (still using the original ones).

Cons: Build Quality could be better, but nevertheless, everything still works fine. And seriously, what can you expect at this price?!
The LED has a bit of a blue tint, so colors might be slightly distorted. But you can use an external source of light (e.g. flashlight) if you want to see genuine colors.

Other Thoughts: I actually got this to estimate the sharpness of my straight razor, but I ended up examining everything I could find. It's like discovering a new world.

Bottomline: You should really get one of these, even if you don't need it for a particular reason. I use Carl Zeiss microscopes at the university that probably cost a few hundred times as much, but the image quality is not that much better.

Pros: Easy to use! Took like a minute to learn how to use.
Really nice to look at random materials, especially raw rocks! (look at some opal! so pretty)
The light really helps and it is just the right ammount of intensity.
Really cheap for such a nice item.

Cons: I don't know if anyone had this problem but I get mine with like 2 pieces of dust on the edges of the lens on the inside. It is really annoying but you can see through that. I opened it and only managed to get out one piece of dust...

Other Thoughts: I saw my sweat pore on my finger. It was so cool. This is a nice present to anyone interested in science.

Bottomline: Buy if you like looking at small things or know someone who would want it.

This bargain "microscope" is really great for its value. Although it does not have measurement scales its ability to allow zooming in is very handy. Excellent for examining micro-prints on checks, bank notes, stamps, circuit boards, and ID cards.
