Pros: Sturdy built quality
Very loud speakers
Good TV reception in my area

Cons: Can't get lyrics to display in audio player
Picture viewer functionality is very limited
Ebook viewer can only support small plain txt format
Very flimsy TV antenna

Other Thoughts: I got this phone for my girlfriend's birthday. I chose this out of the rest because it was in stock so I didn't have to wait for it to be in stock. I think it's adequate for the task at hand.

Bottomline: For a TV phone this is a good product for its price but it could be more refined in terms of its menu interface.
