Other Thoughts:

Bottomline: - > I had problems with shipping, not received but they resent at no cost, but I got took to reach normally.

Pros: Cheaper than other brands and very solid too. It is a little difficult to shape it but this is good since it will be difficult to release and make your camera fall.

Cons: It seems that the "rock solid" appearance will go away after some use. I mean, it will continue to shape to grip things like gates, chairs, whatever but it will release easy and maybe fall with your camera. I don´t know, this is my impression.

Other Thoughts: Although it seems to be not so durable as I expect it is a good walk around tripod so you can have it near you almost all the time and will not loose that shoot. However it is not capable to support your DSLR equipped with a super zoom professional lens.

Bottomline: Good stuff to improvise when walking with your wife and kids. Good to have not so good as a professional tool.

Pros: Build quality is very good, the legs are very rigid and strong resistance. I bought this tripod 1 month ago and the item still works ok. It is a perfect copy of the original Gorillap0d, so that the purchase was worthwhile for being so cheap. The material is made of rubber and the base of the legs has an adherent grip to be much better fix on smooth surfaces.

La calidad de construcción es muy buena, las piernas son muy rígidas y resisten un gran peso. Compré este tripod hace 1 mes y el item sigue sin debilitarse. Es una copia que es igual al original, por eso que la compra vale la pena por ser tan barato. El material es de jebe y la base da las patas es de un plastico con mucha adherencia para que se fije mejor sobre las superficies lisas.

Cons: I do not know it can support the weight of a 3 kg camera but if think it can resist quietly 2 kgs. The product didn´t come packaged in its original box, only in a bubble-wrap envelope.

No sé si soportará el peso de una cámara de 3 kgs. pero tranquilamente debe aguantar 2 kgs. El producto no vino empacado en su caja original, solamente envuelto en bubble-wrap.
