Pros: Very small and compact portable USB charger. It can fully charge and top off my Motorola v195 and Samsung P310.

Cons: This device claims to be an AA battery charger as well. It does give some charge to dead batteries (flashlight lights up). I put in 2 almost fully charged AA's to see if the charging LED will shut off. After 10 hours, charging LED still on. Also this did not charge my Chinese Tian Xin c702 dual sim phone. After draining the 2 AA's, it actually had less battery meter than before charging.

Other Thoughts: I will test this to see if it can work with my USB universal battery charger.

Bottomline: Despite its flaws, this is still one of the better emergency chargers DX sells. And I've bought many of them already.
