Pros: I used this with a Q5 and it produces a sharp edged beam of about 8 (eight) degrees
Its focal length is about 10mm meaning it captures most of the light emitted from the LED and it can still fit in the space of a standard reflector.
Comparing this to a Q5 with a standard reflector is light dusk and day.
 
Cons: Its made out of acrylic (I guess). Glass may produce a better focus but I cant really complain. Acrylic is easier to glue though so its not really a con.
 
Other Thoughts: This makes a Q5 a real thrower. It throws further than any other light I have built. I just had to build one with 4 Q5's and these lenses though. It rocks. Best aspheric for a Q5 that I could find.
Im about to order my 3rd pack!!!
 
Bottomline: Get some. They rock!
It would be nice to have a smaller focal length (maybe) and a tighter beam (maybe).
