Pros: the laser looks good and feels nice and heavy. nice bright dot.
 
Cons: batteries die kinda fast. doesn't come with a box. no batteries included. the dot isn't round. you have to press the on-button quite hard for it to work. you can also hear the button moving when you shake the laser.
 
Other Thoughts:  
Bottomline: it isn't the best laser, like i said before no box, no batteries, batteries die fast and so on. but for this price you can't expect much better. you buy 2 or 3 and hope one of them works great. they are really cheap so

Pros: -Inexpensive
-Nice finish
-Beam can be focused slightly
 
Cons: Out of the three I ordered in Dec 2008, two are still working great. However, one has gone all kooky - You'll need to press really hard on the button for it to work now. Even then, it flickers sometimes.
Not too happy about that.
I suppose that reflects on the build quality.

Pros: It's a very good built laser pointer, yet I think it is too big. when it is like 50 meters away the diagonal length of the point would be like 50cm, which I think is way too big. other it is very easy to use.
 
Cons: It runs out of battery way too fast. I put in 2 AAA batteries and after like 3minutes of using it it already ran out of battery, I think this is way too fast. This also completly ruins the product. together with the diagonal length of the point at 50 meters away I have to say this product really diaspointed me for a DX item. Then again the price ain't that high too.
 
Other Thoughts: Smaller point when distanced pretty far away.
It shouldn't eat the battery so fast.
 
Bottomline: It's not that good of a product, I'm personally very disapointed in it.

Pros: Very great laser pointer, nice design. It says 0.5 mW thats not true, this laser pointer is over 1 mW. Price is amazing for that one. Light point is visible at night more over 1000 feet. Also laser beam is focusable.
 
Cons: No box, could be better design - like green laser pointers (construction). No included batteries. Thats it.
 
Other Thoughts: Can make small effects with deformed glass, looks amazing in fog or smoke. Great black color with silver details. Useful for presentations, great with rechargeable batteries.
 
Bottomline: Absolutely great laser pointer for that price. As I said it's over 1mW!
