Bottomline: If you want a cellphone with a nice design, cool functions ,and don't mind

Pros: I love the fact that this cellphone is almost an exact replica esthetically as an iphone of the first generation. It's basically what i wanted - something that looks like an iphone, not an iphone itself. The price for the phone is very accurate for it's build and quality and it does exactly what a phone in this price range would do. The bluetooth on it works very well, the batteries hold their charge as much time as advertised. Very accurate touch sensing. sound is clear as well. Setting it in english was simple, and the interface is very clean - the cleanest of all iphone clones. changing ringtones is very easy as well as changing wallpapers.

Cons: okay... so now for the cons. Video playback is sluggish and it almost takes a bachelors degree to understand how to properly encode the videos for them to run - and i didn't say the'll play back correctly. This phone is not for people who want to view tons of videos. The Audio jack is not a standard one, which kinda sucks. i basically don't even use them. the music player DOES have somewhat of a touch flow feel, but the artwork is never displayed. only a default blank musical note representing the album. also, i did not achieve to make playlists: every "album" is a song. i joined my MP3 files to "make" albums, because i would have to go through too much "albums" to reach the later MP3s. The phone seems sensitive to mp3 formats. make sure you find the right combination of ID3 tags, encoder used and so on to make sure everything is going to be "neatly" arranged. Camera does not do more than 640X480, and it seems the images the phone reads cannot exceed 256KB. Games DO suck, replace them with other games. The notes have a limited character input meaning exceeding 128 characters, the phone will not write it. the calendar program is just a visual calendar - it will not let you put notes to days - thus making it almost useless unless you wake up suddenly in another country after being drugged and you might want to know what time it could be in your country when you set it up.

Other Thoughts: The interface is very fast and clean. I am happy with my phone but it would have been very cool to have a lot more tweaking options. I prefer paying for that phone and getting prepaid calling cards than getting a 200$ iphone 3g and be stuck with massive payments every month. I have a friend he spends over 90$ a month and doesn'T download that much. he's stuck for three years paying that kind of amount. me, it's 184 and thank you goodbye. Maybe with time there will be better clones, for sure, but for right now, this clone does a better job than i tought it would do. I was looking for the triband ciphone 3G, and 2 weeks after i ordered this one, DX came up with the ciphone 3G. Only one thing: ciphone 3G has a very sluggish interface, and no thermal sensing.

Bottomline: I bought this phone cause my old phone died on me. i wanted something esthetically pleasing on the exterior. i wanted basic functions, like camera, video playback of the videos i would take of me and my friends drunk, use a calculator. i wanted the sliding unlock feature. i don't play games on phones, the icon there just fills in the blank. i wanted to take simple notes, it does the job. the sound recorder is useful for REAL note taking, since typing on a small virtual keyboard can be a pain and you're limited in the number of characters you can input. i take pictures of business cards and the resolution is enough to read the contact info. For my needs, it does everything perfectly. i got better than what i expected from a chinese copy...

-Interface looks pretty much the same as the iPhone,
-Only thing i had to do to get it working was to put the sim card in there and the battery.

-Some bugs/glitches in the Firmware
-Bad Speakers
Low resolution screen or whatever

Other Thoughts: Good phone for the price, takes some time to get used to. Overall good phone.

Bottomline: Great for the price. Not really usefull.

Pros: I' ve just got my new N88 cell phone and for the first sight it looks beautiful. It's easy to piece out. After this movement you can turn on. The menu is brilliant, really easy to use. You don't need the manual either. I' m hungarian and I can use it easilly it don't need hungarian menu or language. The touchscreen is very sensitive and accurate. I can offer to everyone. The java works well.

Cons: As I write I'm hungarian and I can't charge my phone because the charger has got chinese plugs. And I don't like that I have to take out the battery for every charging. The rest of the phone is really good.

Other Thoughts: The earphone is quite good, it sounds well. The usb cable is good too. I like the materials of the phone, it's elegant. So it is a very nice and good iphone clone.

Bottomline: If I can say this things I think that you will get a really smart, nice, usefull cell phones for this price.
