These torches are very inexpensive and handy for various crafts and home projects. I didn't believe its capability until I saw copper wires being melt into droplets by the torch -- and it merely took a few seconds to do this. As this one outputs only one flame it, it does its job slightly slower than the other ones with two flames. However at its price it is an excellent torch to own. It also makes a handy alternative than pepper sprays as a body guard. You may also find it useful as a anti-wind lighter.

This particular torch has a blue LED that lights up when the ignition button is pressed (and goes off upon releasing).

We have been told that these torches are capable of softening glass so that you can use it to break small glass subjects like a glass tube into two.

The jet flame is very blue (meaning high temperature) as shown in the pictures so be careful not to burn yourself and anyone with it. A tankful of gas can easily last you an hour of burning. You can also use regular lights' butane refiller canisters to refill these torches.

Pros: Blue LEDs in clear part of handle illuminate lighter while in use and help you tell how much butane is left. Doesn't use much butane, and has a very hot torch. Can melt Canadian Pennies and came pre-filled with butane. Easy to refill, doesn't mind cheap butane, and flame height is very adjustable.

Cons: None at all unless you don't like your lighter in the shape of a gun. Just don't whip it out in front of a policeman or anything :D

Other Thoughts:

Bottomline: Buy it for medium craft use, buy more than one, your friends will end up wanting them.

Pros: Has a way bigger flame than my Jet 1300c lighter, looks cool with the top being shaped like a gun and the bottom shaped like a female body. Has an adjustable flame and LEDs light up when you ignite the lighter. Real good quality build nice and heavy feel. Nice and thin design so it fits in your pocket nicely and has a safety gaurd so it wont burn you when its in your pocket.

Cons: Maybe too heavy...?

Other Thoughts: Might look better in plane black but camos still cool

Bottomline: Looks good, feels good, is good, get one you wont regret it! Im gunna go find things to melt!!

-high quality
-durable
-o and did i mention cheap,high quality, and durable

Cons: - gets kinda hot if you keep it lit for too long

Other Thoughts: wow DX has done it again what a company
amazing light absolutley amazing cheap as can be and has a nice wieght to it the lighter is a woman with a pistol head very impressed with this product will definatley recommend

Bottomline: buy it if you want/need a light you won't find a better butane one easily
one of the best butane lighters ive had in my entire life and i have a small (about 15) light collection youll enjoy it i promise

- lights up very bright
- Very hot Flame

Cons: - butane tank kinda small

Other Thoughts:

Bottomline: other than the tank being small the quality of the lighter is exceptional and it is heavy for it's size which is a good feature too.
