Cons: Plastik lens - but it doesn't matter
If you screw off the head, it's very difficult to get it together again with the clip. But normally you'll only open the bottom to change batteries

Other Thoughts: It will also work with one CR123A Li-Ion - you can remove one part of the body, so it will be shorter and fits to a CR123A. If you need a very short and bright one - try it. I use my one with two AA.
Sie läuft auch mit einer CR123A Li-Ion - man kann ein Teil des Gehäuses abschrauben, dadurch wird sie kürzer und es passt eine CR123A rein.Wenn man nach einer hellen sehr kurzen sucht - Perfekt!

Pros: Very nice and bright flashlight. Iam using it with 2xAA Rechargeable LSD batteries (current 0,53A from fully charged), but works with Zinc Chloride batteries too but dont last long.
Build is very good and strong. Made from Alluminium, no cheap plastic.
Looks professional and very easy to use.

Cons: Lens is plastic. I think there is no other cons for now.

Other Thoughts: This is my first flashlight from DX and Iam very satisfied.

Bottomline: If you want cheap/good flashlight for your rechargeable AA batteries get this.

Pros: Nice, quite bright flashlight that can be used for any task.
Uses normal AA batteries. Nice clicky switch that is easy to use.
The runtime on 2x AA 2000Ah Ni-MH was about 90 minutes, which is really good I think.
Seems waterproof, but I haven't tested it yet. :) (many O-rings)
Seemingly good building quality.

Cons: My clicky switch broke after about 2 weeks, but I just ordered 5 new switches für 1 Dollar from DX. No Problem.

Other Thoughts: I think it is too bright to use it as a reading lamp. A flashlight with a medium or low mode would be better for that.

Bottomline: Nice flashlight that i really love to use. I'm tinking about ordering another one.

Pros: Fairly well built. Not on par with a Romisen but better than I expected for the money.
The threads are deep and clean but the contact plate in the tail seems cheap.
Rear clickie is firm and definite. Doesn't feel like it will break any time soon.
The head unscrews if you want to modify the light but be forewarned that the clip fits in a groove, held down by the head when it is screwed in. The clip is under pressure and will pop loose when you remove the head and it takes some fiddling to get it back into place.
Nice bright light! My WF-606A (sku.14909) is a little brighter but not much. In fact, given the cost, I'd say this light is a better deal if you are not wanting to use CR2, allowed by sku.14909.
This is a thrower with fairly decent spill.

Cons: Neither the threads nor o-rings were lubricated but that's to be expected.
O-rings are very thin and flimsy and are easily distorted when loosening and tightening the head or tail so be careful. Get extras just in case but I don't think this light would be waterproof even with better o-rings as there doesn't seem to be one around the lens.
The clip is almost too tight but a clip on a light this size doesn't make much sense. If you want, you can just unscrew the head and remove it.

Other Thoughts: 2-AA batteries obviously make this one brighter than sku.3607 and it has more spill but not quite as much distance on the spot.
AA batteries last a LOT longer than a single CR2, so there is no contest to the decision between purchasing a WF-606A and this light unless you just want an inky dinky CR2 light option offered by the sku.14909.
Stick with the AA batteries and this light will serve you well.

Bottomline: Probably one of the brightest, inexpensive 2-AA flashlights offered by DX. Brighter than any single AA that I have purchased here so far.
Buy some while they are still available.
