Pros: Cheap, bought for the 1000h, but also works, would pay for a lot more of these if the asus.
Barato, comprei para o 1000h mas também funciona, ia pagar por um destes muito mais se fosse da asus.
Cons: Not yet open but as I said here with the car to work is for 14V can become dangerous for the portable.
Ainda não abri mas como foi dito aqui se com o carro a funcionar passa para os 14V pode-se tornar perigoso para o portatil.
Other Thoughts:
Bottomline: It will be used only in an emergency because the portable has a great battery charger for that reason I think is a very good buy.
Vai ser só usado em caso de emergência pois o portátil tem uma autonomia grande de bateria por isso mesmo acho que é uma muito boa compra.
Crappy for use in Car.

Pros: Plug does fit very well in the EEEpc.
Cons: *Not voltage regulated.
*Fuse is to high (EEEpc goes deazd before fuse)
*Very Expensive for just a carplug and EEEpc connector.
Other Thoughts: !!ONLY USE IFF CAR IS NOT RUNNING!!!
!! OR YOU WILL KILL YOUR EEEpc!!
I almost destroyed my EEEpc 900. When you start the car or it idles you EEEpc will make awfull noises and goes rebooting / drops out / stops charging.
Use it for a bit longer time and your EEEpc is dead!
Voltage is not regulated so the EEEpc gets about 12 tot 14,5 volts in it. Something he doesn't like!!!
EEEpc can have a voltage up to 10% extra MAX... So MAX 13.4v... A normal car gives more (about 14,5 or more when idle or revving)
Bottomline: I Only used the plug and ordered "100W Universal Digital Power Adapter for Laptops (12V-24V Output + 8 Connectors) / SKU 33058" in the hope that will regulate the voltage.
And if you can only use it when your engine is not running it's worthless. It will drain your battery. So you CAN use your laptop but CAN'T drive your car ;).
Please turn off the engine before use

Pros: Build quality is GOOD and has FUSE to protect from overload / short circuit.
_
Cons: After measure output with multimeter it seem when engine started voltage go around 13.5-14v and 12-13v when engine turn off, so it NOT REGULATED or have any regulator in this product.
_
Other Thoughts: The cord come in STRAIGHT THROUGH not CURLY like the picture from DX. But I don't think it's Pro or Con.
_
Bottomline: So if you use this product be sure to TURN OFF the ENGINE before used.
_
Very good product

Pros: The same product from Asus cost 10X the price and does the same. The outpput voltage is regulated, so to all the other reviewers who worried about the input voltage varying - stop worrying.
Cons: None that I can see
Other Thoughts: Buy one if you have an EEEPC, as another thought we should be able to post revievs of less that 500 words - sometimes you only need two words t say "EXCELLENT PRODUCT"!!!
Bottomline: Very well made and nicely finished off, well worth the 5 bucks it costs, I bought the extended life battery pack at DX as well, and this is also excellent
