Pros: This fine device turns you into a rock star! Well, not really. But this definitely works almost as well as the original guitar hero controller for NDS. The price is much cheaper than I paid for but even at twice the price, it has been worth it. I've had this since my originals were dropped in the toilet. If it wasn't for this cheap replacement, I wouldn't be as cool as I am today.
Cons: Sometimes one of the button sticks (blue). I've been playing it off and on for a while now and I'm not sure why but the problem is less frequent. Maybe it's because my guitar hero skills are rising beyond my comprehension, or maybe something was not finely sanded down and now it's all better after months of playing. Who knows, who cares!
Other Thoughts:
Bottomline: Again, these aren't as good as the originals but at the time I could only find them at $20 a piece so it was a good investment.

Pros: works very well and is quite sturdy, has not broken yet and is still working
very responsive buttons
works with guitar hero for ds
came in nice packaging
Cons: very strong plastic smell
makes the nds feel a bit bulky
may scratch the back of the nds when sliding it on and off too much
did not come with any addons (i.e. plates or stickers)
buttons do not press down very much
build quality is not the best but it works very well
Other Thoughts: controller is a very tight fit with the nds
Bottomline: get this it is very fun to use with guitar hero and it works, very cheap for its price as well

Pros: work great with my cyclods evo
fits well in my ds lite and work great
Does what it is supposed to
Cons: the yellow button sticks down time to time
but that's not a big problem
the the Controller is very small and had a hard time play it for more then a hour or so
Other Thoughts: not bad

Pros: I love it, its way cheaper then trying to get one at a store and is built very good for the price
Cons: Fingers and wrists get soar but im sure its the same with the ones from the store
Other Thoughts: I bought 2 because my brother wanted one after using mine,
