Pros: Very good indeed!
I use it toghether with this:

and it works very good.
Very good build quality, as good as the ordinary phone adaptors.

Cons: None. except the 500 500 500 500500 500 500 500500 500 500 500500 500 500 500500 500 500 500 500 500 500 limit.

Other Thoughts: Very good at the price. If you need one, buy it. This is what you'll find in your ordinary electronics store at prices ranging from 10 to 20 us dollars!
