Pros: This touch screen is an excellent fit for the EEE PC.  I had to remove only a single clip on the screen bezel because the clip was right where the wire comes out of the panel.
It comes with everything you need to install it and requires no soldering.
You are left with 2 extra USB ports (after connecting the webcam.)
 
Cons: Need to open the lower portion to find a place to put the controller.  It really would have been nice to be able to hide it behind the bezel and not need to open the lower portion of the laptop at all but that might be unrealistic.
 
Other Thoughts: The controler and USB hub are a single board unlike the photos shown.
I used one of the extra USB ports to hide a Bluetooth dongle inside the laptop.
 
Bottomline: Everything you need to add a touch panel to your EEE PC.  It works well and fits well.
