Pros: Seems like good build quality. 
The red one has two red LEDs. 
The white one has two white LEDs. 
The rubber band is strong. 
It has 3 operation modes: 
1. Strobing with pause betwen strobes. 
2. Fast blinking. 
3. Constantly on.
 
Cons: None that I can think of, other than the heat shrink tube on the rubber bands was not preshrunk, but it's not a problem at all.
 
Other Thoughts: I received the same package shown in the pictures.
 
Bottomline: I bought those to put on my helmet while rollerblading at night. It does the job very well. 
I will recommend this to my friends, and probably buy some more for my family.

Pros: -Quite bright
-Has 3 regimens on working. Doubt if that's playing any serious role but estheticly it might be good to have
-Easy to use
-Could have been a bit cheaper but well, 2,99 is fare enough
-Can be mounted easily.
 
Cons: - Build quality. The red light did not work at first so I had to fix it myself. 
- Mounting stip sould have been a bit longer so that it would be easier to mount the lights.
Otherwise it's a nice product, worth been bought, had no real cons exept for those described above.
 
Other Thoughts:  
Bottomline: I quess one thousand characters is way too much to write a bottomline for the product in this case.
Quite a usefull thing, I would recommend to get one for those who rides bikes or for all who enjoys taking walking tours in the dark.

Pros: - Cheap! Really cheap! For this little money you can't buy bicycle lights in a normal shop.
- Can be mounted on a bike very easily!
 
Cons: - Build quality. The red light was DOA, but it was fixed in a minute. The wire for mounting was damaged very fast after purchase.
- Every way you mount it, the light is shining in your eyes, so you cant's see a thing anymore. You just see more when you're not using the lights.
 
Other Thoughts:  
Bottomline: Not for daily use, but as spare parts they are just OK. Just use it in case of emergency (when your cycle lights are broken and you don't want to risk a penalty)
