Pros: Decent range of the wireless.
It can also hook up wire to make it wired camera.
IR light works well at night.

Cons: Resolution is not the best. It's a little worse than my other camera that hooks up directly with coaxial cable.
Gets a little hot if you have IR on all the time. I tested it out indoor in a dark spot for almost a week and the lens started to fog up. Once it fogs up around the IR, night vision doesn't go very clear at all.
Micro adjustment for the wireless channel is annoying. With slight touch it can get off the channel.

Other Thoughts: Most people wants to know the range of the camera. It's similar range as my iPhone 3GB to Dlink Wireless router, little weaker than my E71 on Dlink. It's decent. Much better than those small spy camera with tiny receiver.

Bottomline: At this price, there's no other wireless IR camera does a better job. It's not the most clear camera, but good enough for monitoring around the outside of the house.
There's one time I have to re-start (unplug the power of the receiver) to get it working again. Other than that, it works fine. I ordered another on this as it works pretty well.
