Pros: - Bright light- Cheap, but it could be cheaper- You get 2 bulbs/set- Nice white with a bit of violet light- They dont get hot like the usual do- Work for a longer time- The number plate looks much better
Cons: - Dosent work with all cars- Mounting them might be difficult sometimes- Many cars computer do not recongize the bulbs- Some leds are not straight- Older cars can easily burn them cause of the voltage fluctuation- There is a small difference of color between those 2 bulbs, one is white-blue, and the other one white-violet.- There is no sign of polarity
Other Thoughts: Each bulb got 6 superbright LED, the plastic case seems to be well builded. It dosent work with newer models of mercedes and renault megane, probably because these led bulbs are using a small amount of energy and the computer thinks the blub is dead.
Bottomline: Its cheap enough but for what you get its a bit much. You car will look better. Should work with all non computer cars.Well you can give it a try but you cant be sure that they will ever work on your car.
Pros: It's very useful for licence plate illumination instead of the standard bulbs, because the LEDs don't get hot and have a much longer lifetime. This is important, because changing these bulbs in a car is not a pleasant work!
Cons: It's quite simply built and looks a bit fragile.Mine came with two different colour temperatures: one bulb has warmwhite LEDs and the other one is bluish - i have to solder out the LEDs and mix them together.Be careful at assemling - LEDs have a polarity, but you can't see it on the bulb - try by installing!
Other Thoughts:
Bottomline: Buy and install it instead of the standard bulb!
