Pros: Nice weight to it. Size, Great Build quality. BRIGHT! 3 modes. can be used with different types of batteries. Price.

Cons: No mode memory. Also, it would be nice if it came with a holster.

Other Thoughts: Really nice light. Feels very durable. Good weight and size. I have had many of these under $20 lights, this one is the best so far. It gives you the option of what batteries to use. All I have tried with this are AAA batteries, and its very bright, the other batteries should make it even brighter. Also it's nice to have a low and high setting along with a strobe. You don't need any more settings tan that.

Bottomline: Get it. You will not be disappointed with this light.
