Pros: The ripoff places in the mall and phone stores charge you anywhere from $10-15 bucks just for this exact same item!This serves its purpose and works fine on my Treo 700wx. I'd buy another one if I needed it.
Cons: These things are always hell to peal apart and get it on without bubbles but it's just the nature of the beast, not this particular DealExtreme item.
Other Thoughts: Worked fine, no complaints!
Bottomline: I'd buy again if I need another!STEAL of a price!Buy 2 in case you mess up the first one trying to put it on!
Pros: Very good price compared to what palm charges for their original screen protectors.
Cons: Not as responsive/sensitive as the original palm screen protectors.
Other Thoughts: When I used the original palm one, it was softer and felt like i was writing on the actual screen. When i used this one, it felt slightly harder, as if I was writing on a thin layer of plastic.
Bottomline: Does the job. Get this if you just want something to protect your screen.
Pros: Unlike most others screen protectors I've used, this one has two protective films - one for the back and one for the front. There are two advantages to the front protective film - 1) You can press with a plastic object like a credit card to smooth the film without worrying about scratches, and 2) I've used other screen protectors that had fine scratches on them before I even installed them. Comes with cleaning cloth as well.
Cons: Like the other reviewer said, the cleaning cloth leaves very fine fibers on the screen. Use Scotch tape, compressed air, or a clean microfiber cloth to get the fibers off.
Other Thoughts: I've tried four different screen protectors for my Treos and this is my favorite. Easy to install, and the surface is slick enough that the stylus doesn't drag on the touch screen. It's not listed, but this screen protector also works on the Treo 755p.
Bottomline: If you need a screen protector for your Treo 650/750/755, buy this one and a spare. It's a no-brainer.
Pros: The plastic screen protector is protected by two thinner pieces of plastics that keep it from scratching or having dust particles settle on it. Do not remove those pieces until you're ready to apply the screen protector.
Cons: The cloth that comes with the product to wipe off the screen before application added dust. It cleans, but dust sticks to your screen.
Other Thoughts: Use regular scotch tape to get rid of dust particles before applying the screen protector.
Bottomline: Cheap compared to most electronics stores. Quality product. Does what it is intended for. I would buy more in the future.
