Pros: These seem to be really nice LiFePO4 cells.
They work quite well in 3 Volt applications.
Their voltage under load, is closer to 3.2-3.4 volts, keep that in mind when considering your application.
Cons: The only con I can really think of, is that since they are LiFePO4 cells, their capacity is not very high. I have not run a discharge test on these, but I would guess their actual capacity is around 300mAh. This, of course, depends on the load applied to them. Under a light load, they may very well be 350mAh.
Other Thoughts: LiFePO4 cells have the advantage of being a safer chemistry than LiCo's, so if you have an application, especially that is better suited to 3 volts, these are a pretty good option.
Bottomline: The price is very reasonable for these LiFePO4 cells.

Pros: Lifepo wich is safe.
Come in two pack.
the cut off charge on mines 3.58/3.59volts
It fit my romissen L-D030
Work on camera.
come in plastic bag
WORK with CR2 3V charger from here, using the included spacers.
Cons: There was stickers on them that was badly removed.
Had a partial shipment.
Green plastic wrapped, might confuse with cr2.
The writing on one was a little erased, the ink look like it leaked.
Other Thoughts: they were bigger than i expected, 17340 i through they woulnt fit but they do.
Bottomline: Low mAH but it was expected.

Pros: -Cheap price.
-LiFePO4 chemistry, which is lower maintenance than LiIon.
-Seems to be a true 350mah. If it weren't, it wouldn't last nearly as long as it does in the fenix TK10 they're primarily used in.
Cons: None except there are newer/better versions of the CR123 form factor with LiFePO4 chemistry. It would be nice if DX carried those too.
Other Thoughts: People are still falling for outrageous claims when it comes to the specs of batteries, especially mAh ratings. Do your homework before buying a battery, and then being disappointed when your light/device doesn't run for 2 months continuous at high output.
Also, fresh off the charger these will run just over 3v, so do not use in any device that can't handle more than 6v for two CR123 cells, such as 6v xenon lights.
Bottomline: Not bleeding edge performance, but better than most with less concern of damaging the battery or having it blow up.

Pros: These are the best batteries on Deal Extreme. I have tried many other different types of batteries but this battery has a higher capacity than all of the other ones. I use them in a high drain powerful flashlight and this battery actually has a capacity of 350mah unlike other batteries that overrate their capacity.
Cons: The main con is that the batteries just look homemade. Mine came with a price tag sticker that was peeled off and seemed to have the shrink wrap applied by hand. It just makes the batteries look low-quality, but they are just fine.
Other Thoughts: I would recommend these over the 650mah Soshine brand and 1000mah generic battery. I have tried them both, and I found these batteries to be better.
These batteries work in the UltraFire charger on the 3.0v setting just fine.
Bottomline: These batteries are amazingly good for the price. I am blown away that they out perform batteries that are rated for a higher capacity and cost more. Get these for sure, they are both cheaper and better than the other ones sold. After I bought my first battery to see how well they worked I had to buy two more. I am very impressed.
