Pros: Very Easy to set up

Many Functions

Amazing Price

Action Replay Cheat Function

Automatic DLDI Patching for Homebrew

Etc, etc, etc 
Cons: VERY few games have minor problems

Download play doesn't work on a few games

Other Thoughts: This is probably the cheapest you can get the R4.   
Bottomline: If you have a DS and you want to play homebrew, music, movies, games, etc, then this is a must
