Pros: * Great GBA Compatibility* No lags while playing GBA Games* Fits perfectly in the DS Lite's GBA slot* You can write the ROM on it and play it on other DS like it would be a genuine GBA game* Rumble feels awesome.* Extra RAM very useful for DSLinux, Opera Browser etc.* You can edit savefiles* You can play GBA homebrew!
Cons: * The Rumble makes noise* You have to download GBA exploader to use it on other cards than EZ* You have to switch between modes using exploader, if you want to use it as a rumble you have to load homebrew and change the mode, then load the game.
Other Thoughts: * Would be better if it was cheaper.
Bottomline: Awesome accessory!
Pros: Works like a charm, looks great on my DSlite (White)Has 3 types of memory (NOR (NON VOLATILE MEMORY) (32MB if I'm not mistaken) | Volatile RAm (16MB if I'm not mistaken) | around... 64KB of SRAM (Save ram, NON VOLATILE))Works like a charm with GBA games and extra ram for the DS, Tested it with DSLinux, Quake II and The opera Browser.
Cons: fell on the floor once, almaost opened up completelly.Has problems with the motor.
Other Thoughts: GBA Games, I use the Volatile ram for gba roms that have <=16MB, use NOR for >16MBNormally people need GBAExploader to use this (SLOT-1 Homebrew ROM for NDS) Since I have an AceKard 2.1 with AKAIO, it did everything for me
Bottomline: if you think yours is a fake, download memtestARM to test the ram, see if all is ok.It even works in Overclocked mode! With no errors whatsoever. A DEFINATE buy!
Pros: + It fit's really well in my ds+ I can play GBA games!+ The rumble works very well+ Also the RAM expension does it's work well+ The build quality is very good+ It's really cheap here, on another website it was 30 euro's..!
Cons: - It was very hard to get it working...- At first it was kinda hard to fit it in my DS- The rumble makes some noise- Only a few games support rumble
Other Thoughts: * There should be an instruction manual with it..!
Bottomline: It's great if you want to play GBA games on your DS, or if you want to use rumble/RAM expension..! It's not very cheap, but it also isn't expensive and it's worth it! Buy it!
Pros: * GBA games! I really wanted this feature!* It fits perfectly into the slot-2.* This thing feels INCREDIBLY sturdy. * A fair bit of ram.* Rumble packs works well.
Cons: * Price could be better.* Home brew doesn't work!* Rumble pack can get a little noisy, not a big problem though.
Other Thoughts: * The white color doesn't match my black ds.* Very few games support the rumble pack.* Expensive for what it is.* All fields aded together, your review does not contain more than 500 characters. *
Bottomline: There are only two main uses, Ram for Linux/browsers, and GBA games.
