Pros: This mouse feel surprisingly solid. The buttons have the right feel, and click nicely. The scroll wheel moves smoothly, with soft detents. The USB ctransmitter is very, very small and unobtrusive. The DPI button works fine, and I have yet to click it by accident.
Cons: No documentation at all. No driver software, but the Microsoft Intellimouse driver will supports a 5 button mouse.
Other Thoughts: Since there is no documentation, I had to figure out that the mouse goes dormant after a while, and you have to click a thumb button to wake it up. The mouse is kind of mid-size - bigger than a typical notebook mouse, but smaller than others. The first USB port I used, on my docking station, made the pointer rough and jumpy on screen. I moved the transmitter to a port on the machine itself, and now it moves nice and smooth
Bottomline: Good mouse for the money, once you get it working right.
