Pros: Well, this item is ssoooo nice if you have small kids around you. This is a child magnet and children just love to play with this. 
The led is fairly bright when it's dark around.
 
Cons: Doesn't fit the fingers of small kids easily. 
It's a hassle to replace the batteries. You need plastic pliers to insert the batteries
 
Other Thoughts: Buy spare batteries from DX along with the finger lights. Kids are going to use it all day long and you will need replacements
 
Bottomline: Have a look at the color options at DealExtreme before buying
