Work perfectly on my iphone 3g at latest firmwire  
Cons: I don't see a cons, the quality is really good and I have got no problem with it! 
Other Thoughts: It is really cool to play game on huge tv! 
Bottomline: Get it !

Pros: perfect cheap cable to show my iphone's screen on the TV.

works great. when using the right patches, u can also use it as a game controller when u connect it to your TV, and check youtube videos, photo's.

Cons: a few days after i bought the cable, a better one came on dealextreme (the one for 3GS, so i wouldnt need the patches to make it work).

Other Thoughts: be sure, if u got firmware 3.x, that you'll use the following patches (cydia):

-out2tv

-resupported

Bottomline: when you're using a jailbroken ipodtouch/iphone it's very handy, because u can show everything that is showen on your iphone, on your TV.

i certainly recommend this cable!

Pros: It is easy to use, you can use the audio out put, and can charge with it. It is also pretty sturdy and the cable is long enough so that it is not difficult to be able to use, with the tv.
 
Cons: Unfortunately i didn't see the "only works with 2.XX" so the video output doesn't work for me because i am running 3.0. I can fix this be reverting back to 2.XX if i think it is necessary, but i don't think i will bother.
 
Other Thoughts: Easily modifiable, might mod it and use the connectors for other things. Doesn't bother me that much because it was/ is incredibly cheap so i wasn't expecting heaps from it anyway.
 
Bottomline: Bit of a bummer about the fact that i can't really use it.. but it was my mistake/ fault. I can still use Audio and USB.

Pros: I wasn't sure how to rate this. It works just fine for playing movies on through my 120Gb iPod Classic. The build quality is just fine. Pretty good actually.,
 
Cons: If I try to play just music through it, it doesn't work. Video and sound, yes. Just music, no.
 
Other Thoughts: It come printed in red that this unit will not work if you upgrade your iPod from 3.0 The one I received this week obviously is a newer version than the one people were complaining about before.
 
Bottomline: Well, it works, for now, for movies... just not for JUST music.
