Pros: This thing is fully adjustable where a cell phone holder doesn't need to be adjustable. It will do everything to fit your phone's needs.
Not only are the side holders spring loaded, they smoothly expand to your liking. Like Butter.
The phone holder rotates 360 degrees, and can be locked.
The suction has 5 different clicky levels of suction...like you'd need it.
The build quality is great, I especially like the stiffness of the neck, I didn't think it bent when I first got it. Awesome.
The suction is also superb, so i know my phone's going NOWHERE, even if i'm offroading.
 
Cons: The phone holder just kind of slides into the bottom half of the apparatus, trusting only gravity to hold it in place...not much they could have done about it with how much space is available...but still a con.
 
Other Thoughts:

Pros: It does exactly what is should. This keeps my IPOD touch stuck exactly where I want it so I can get access when need be.
When compared to my "Griffin" model (which was $40) I would take this version any day of the week.
 
Cons: Flex arm is a bit stiff, but hey .. that is what you want so your IPOD (or cell phone) does not flop around
 
Other Thoughts: It really does shock me that some other companies charge RETARDED prices for the same item that DX offers at very NORMAL and FAIR prices.
 
Bottomline: This is a great mount. You will not be let down.

Pros: The suction cups works great. 
The ability to turn the holder without removing the suction cup is great. I have it mounted in my car with my Zune. It stays in place and can turn it to watch movies. The way the arms move out when you release them is nice. They slowly expand. I had a different one before where the arm just snapped off.
 
Cons: The suction cups doesn't stay sometimes, just place some water on it and it stays.
The arm release is a little hard to press but that isn't really a bad thing.
 
Other Thoughts:  
Bottomline: For the price is it a great product. I'm going to buy another one for my other car and my mom for her phone.

Pros: good for cellphone gps mp3/4 and cup , build quality very good,very strong attachement to car,cable very strong (hard tu move it), price very cheap and very very easy to use it ....
and come very fast...
 
Cons: just two things...
the cable is very hard to move and cable in the picture look much longer...   but i don't think their something else....
 
Other Thoughts: why don't have an other color???..white or red (assorted to my car) one should be very nice... :)
 
Bottomline: i think i'm gone buy another one for one of my friend.....
