Here's the cure -- the replacement LCD just for PSP slim/3000. Specs equivalent to the original PSP slim screen.

* Special Warranty: This is a DIY part requiring professional installation. DX can only provide the part as-is because we do not have the tools in-house to QC these things one by one. All screens are 100% pre-tested by the manufacturer (Sharp) and are packaged in a hard protective carton box for shipment. Should your screen become defective within 1 month of delivery, DX will replace the screen for you and you will be responsible for the shipping the product back to our HK office via an online trackable method (buy insurance to guard against package lost while in transit). DX will cover the shipping cost of the replacement shipment after receiving the defective unit.

* Bright/dark spots (aka dead pixels) disclosure: as per the original Sharp screens on brand new PSP units, these replacement Sharp LCD screens may or may not suffer from dead or bright pixels. Dead and bright/stuck pixels are not covered by the warranty.

Fixed my PSP 3000 Excellent replacement part

Pros: This is a perfect replacement LCD for your PSP 3000. I had broken/cracked my LCD display and this LCD works fine. It was an easy repair overall. Just be very careful with the connectors as they are delicate.
 
Cons: No con I can think of, the LCD display works perfect. Ugh, the price dropped after I purchased it! Oh well. So now it is an even better deal for you!
 
Other Thoughts: There were no scratches or dead pixels on the new display. The color is perfect.
 
Bottomline: If you break your LCD on your PSP 3000 this is a great way to get it back up and running. It is a simple task to remove seven screws and unclip a few clips and put the new screen in.
