This item is very useful for camping and hiking trips. The included armband is great as you wo'nt need to worry about where to carry the device.

Under "Mosquito" mode the device produces no audible sound and under the "Dragon Fly" mode the device produces a low frequency clicking noise that's barely audible -- they don't get in the way of normal activities..

Note that the packaging says the unit drives away "male" mosquitos. After investigating into this interesting topic, we've confirmed that the unit works the following way:

Drives away female mosquitos by generating the sound a male mosquito makes while flying. Pregnent (blood sucking) female mosquitos are highly disturbed by this sound.

Pros: - I think the price is fair
- If it really repells the mosquitos, it is a very good product
 
Cons: - It is difficult to know if it is working
- The build quality could be better, but for the price it is very good
 
Other Thoughts: - The build quality is not a really problem.
- I dont know if it worked. But it was turned on.
- The on/off key have different positions for different kind of bugs/fliers.... One of them is impossible to hear... I hope the bugs heard and it was not an sex calling for other bugs! LOL !!
 
Bottomline: - Try it. The price allows you to test...
 
					

Dog and mosquito reppeler?

Pros: IT does what it describes, i bought it for my daughter since where we live we have a lot of mosquitos, and we like  to take her for walks, and she is 1 and using harmful sprays is a pain in the ass for a child. i just strapped it on her wrist and went for a walk it worked great for her no bites what so ever, and for some odd reason it repels those taco bell dogs, im mexican and i dont know how to spell that.

Cons: BUild quality sucks but what can u say u do get what u pay for, so other than that they should give a larger wristband for adults.

Bottomline: Its a decent item, u dont have to use harmful sprays like other mosquito repelents

Good price, and always worth taking precautions.

Pros: I have no idea if it did help - but it made me feel a bit better. Something of a Talisman, and I kept it on whilst out of an evening.
..the LED light can be pressed against a finger to make that finger glow.
 
Cons: One of them ate the battery - the other went on indefinitely... The light on it is a bit pointless... oh wait - let me add another "pro".
 
Other Thoughts: I could hear both noises, but that might be because I am young and virile - however... I was in a band once...
 
Bottomline: Just get one of these or the keyring ones, and shove it in your shirt pocket. Take the pills too, and use a smell. Also bring some itch fixer stuff too.

Do not buy this!

Pros: It's cheap. That's all positive I can say about this device. Oh and I like the colour.
 
Cons: The build quality is terrible. The battery almost doesn't fit in the device, you really have to push to fit it in. Also, it stopped working after a few days. It only fell on a BED for 10 cm max, but worked for a day after it. I got it almost a week ago and it's broken already.
Even more, the day it did work, there were still mosquitos in my room, even though the device was next to my head. It won't work for dutch mosquitos.
 
Other Thoughts:  
Bottomline: Don't buy it, there's better stuff for mosquitos.
