Handy and easy to use

Pros: This is a brilliant, longer life battery for any iPhone or iPod that takes the standard dock connector. It has a whopping 1900mAh so it charges it more than once when the device is flat. I got this one for my daughters iPod Touch (3rd gen) and it seems sturdy built, and very easy to use. She loves it and wants several more (yep, teenager attached to the thing).
 
Cons: The only problem I have with this item is that you cant plugin your headphones on the iPod Touch at the same time as this because the battery covers the plug hole. Would have been nice if they had some way around this perhaps. In any case Bluetooth Headphones do make this work ok, or you could use bluetooth speakers (of course this however will use the batter)
 
Other Thoughts:  
Bottomline: Well worth getting for longer trips, or for heavy teenager users.

Pros: Cheaper than other similar batteries.
Very lightweight (probably means it has a very small battery.  Not sure why the unit is so large, then.)
 
Cons: No matter how long I let this thing charge... it never lights more than 2-3 of the LEDs.   (It has 4)   It never gets fully charged.
The connector doesn't have the 2 little "clips" that holds it into the phone.  So it slips out of the the unit way too easily.
 
Other Thoughts: I don't have an easy way to see if this is really 1900mah.
 
Bottomline: Let's see if DX (this time) sends me a fully working, replacement unit.
